Gosh, it's going crazy, the thoughts inside me- it is going crazy- sometimes it’s a roller coaster ride, whereas other time it’s like a black hole.
Like, it’s hard to identify and determine what I want, and what I am looking for!
I don’t know, It is just creepy! Like, I don’t know!
“Maybe I wanna go on a long drive, with music being played behind! Or maybe I want to have some similar experiences from the past, or else I want to escape this place and, go for a long trek to the hills and the mountains, or stay in my room, locked up and sleep all day and all night. Or maybe I want to do absolutely nothing…Maybe”
I Just Don’t Know- it’s complicated!
There are times I wonder, can “I” be less complicated, like can “I” have fewer complications??

See, I have so many expectations “for real” it is just little too much at times, a hell lot of expectations from almost everything, and that’s what that makes it worst! Really-Really, really chaotic!

Care For Your Skin


Skin is something we are always fund of, its the most precious part of our body, the most loved one. Skin is also the thing that gets noticed by everyone and everywhere, portraying us in front of  other people. That's the reason why we care so much and is so conscious about our skin. So here are some tips that can help you protect your skin and pamper it a bit more and the thing is, these tips are just not for females but can be used by all.
 
Tips to maintain your skin:

1. Eat The Things That You Must

-Eat fruits and vegetables regularly, they contain powerful antioxidants that help you to protect your skin from the cellular damage caused by free radicals. Free radicals are caused by smoking, pollution and sunlight and can cause wrinkling and age spots. Wondering what kind of fruits and vegetables to have? Then its colorful, I mean you got to have colorful stuffs. Stuffs like pumpkins, carrots and sweet potatoes which contain Betacarotene, papaya, spinach and kale which contain lutein. Trying to have these stuff only of five portion a day can bring up a regeneration in your skin and skin cells and develop healthy skin tone.

2. Vitamin C

-Vitamin C helps you gain strong immune system, radiant skin and helps blemishes heal properly. And the best source of Vitamin C are oranges, strawberries, sweet potatoes, blueberries, broccoli, guava and kiwi fruits. All of these fruits help top produce collagen that strengthens the capillaries.

3. Vitamin E

-Vitamin E protects skin from cell damage and support skin growth. Food containing Vitamin E are avocado, almonds, pinenuts, sunflower oil, corn oil, and hazel nuts.

4. WATER

- Water is the must for your skin. Our skin needs moisture to stay flexible and relaxed. Drinking six to eight glass of water is the must to keep our self hydrated and save our skin from getting dry, tried,  grey, and protects from all kind of skin diseases and other problems.

5. Fats

- When fats are mentioned, everyone ends up with weird faces, cause all of us think fats are harmful, but in real they are not so harmful, not all fats are harmful. The fats found in avocados, fish, nuts and seeds are the most important for our skin because they provide essential fatty acids which act as a natural moisturizer for your skin. These fats contains the dose of vitamin E and protects from radical damage.

These tips might seems so simple and easy, and something you knew already but still not been implemented. So this can be used as a reminder, cause this really works but saying so don't expect for an over night miracle. It takes few weeks indeed for new skin to emerge, so the visible benefits from dietary changes will take just as long.
